All right lads, I need to sort out this mess called - Zombie's defense. Despite all of my Ighalos, Mahrez & Vardys, I am unable to move forward.
Got 1 FT and here are the 7 culprits (don't need to change anything in attack):
Myhill - I still have faith in him but can't alone just him as my playing keeper. Want to keep Mccarthy - Dropped from team. Want to sell ASAP
Van Dijk - Definitely keeping Kolarov - Want to keep but today's penalty miss has missed me off
O'Shea - No hurry, okay with keeping. Will be benched in most of the matches unless others got really crappy fixtures. Although, can sell if required Williams(nor) - want to sell Dawson (mun) - Not sure what to do but most likely will sell. Although they are playing against us and we haven't scored in our last 4 matches
Now whom do you think I should prioritize in selling?
For GK, I am looking at - Butland, Gomes, Hennessy (is he still nailed on?) or is Howard worth the extra 0.5?
For defenders, I have no clue whom to get among - Kosc, Bellerin, Monreal, Rose, Dier, Aldi, Coleman, Stones, Rojo, Darmian, Smalling (very expensive though)
Will be great if you guys can pitch in with the point of views, more the merrier! Cheers!

I am also looking at a McCarthy replacement this week. DeGea is looking like a really strong candidate.
I have Richards who also needs to go (like your williams and dawson). Moreno looking a good bet, Bellerin ifthe funds stretch (for you VVD might be a good call also, but I have him).
I made a bad decision this week, as it turned out, although the logic was confirmed: needed to get rid of Gomis and get another GK, by GW12, but it turns out I should have done the GK this week instead of Gomis. Oh well. Point is I will stick with my front 8, and probably get DeGea this week.
For you I would say either do the same, or get Bellerin, Moreno, or VVD for Williams or Dawson.

I think you should prioritize O'Shea. Swansea are good enough for the odd CS and Brom rely on their defensive game.

So, you're basically looking to better your Williams/Dawson rotation? Williams nor/BOU/liv Dawson mun/ARS/whu Look to ditch Dawson as you're doubling up on WBA/ WBA got crap fixtures. But he can be benched 12 and 13, while you play Williams.
I think that your best upgrade now is Myhill -> DDG, as you need a filler if you get DDG, money wise. DDG is only 0.4 more than Howard, and with Jags out for 8 weeks. At least we know more about the Everton defense after today.

Actually, Brom are playing us in next match and we have done absolutely zilch in creating chances or taking shots on target (Gracias LvG for playing Rooney up top and Martial on wings ) and hence I can play at least one Brom defense giving me a defense of - Myhill (mun), Kolarov (avl), Van Dijk (sun), Williams (nor) - yes all playing away. but the thing is - I really want Lukaku for Pelle. The problem is Pelle got Sunderland next & Lukaku got West Ham. Sunderland is of course the easier fixture and West Ham looks tougher on paper. However if we dig deep, we will see that Pelle is a home boy (all stats per match avg and home vs away): penalty area touches - 11.5 vs 4.8, goals 0.7 vs 0.4, goal attempts 5.5 vs 2.2. However, his shots on target remains similar - 1.2 vs 1.0 and assist potential remains similar as well. Whereas Lukaku we know is a fixture proof machine..he can score in any match. So what do you guys think? Should I still prioritize defense or get on my gut feeling of Pelle -> Lukaku? Cheers!

I would stick with Pelle. Good run of fixtures and slightly less of a troll.

I was really disappointed with Southampton/Koeman on their attitude in the second half. It seemed like they had the perfect opportunity to run them into the ground, and they bloody put on the breaks. Bou got like 70% possession. Made me feel uncomfortable with 3x Sou guys. So, the normal reply would be something like chasing points. The big IF here is if Koeman goes full throttle vs Sunderland, the way Everton did. They you would in effect be chasing Sunderland. This is my first draft of gw12, just to make my "advise" even more clouded. imgur.com/bV4trgJ

I am okay with him trolling as it will be a do and forget transfer...till around Christmas time Only issue is the timing - before Sunderland or after (although Price rises already making it difficult to have Aguero when he is back along with my planned defensive transfers and I don't know if I can afford many of them)

Your Sunderland point is valid but a minor thing is that Sunderland will be playing at home where they have been decent defensively (very small sample size though) whereas Everton already looking in full throttle

ok amigos, tear this team up
GW 12 XI
Begovic
Francis Williams Kolarov
Ayew Sanchez Mahrez KdB
Vardy Bony Pelle
//Schwarzer Hoolahan Evans Holebas
Got some deadwood on the bench but i'm most concerned about Francis in my XI
I'm leaving towards saving the FT though.
Thoughts?

Strong looking team this week Daas. Francis has a very nice fixture so he is worth keeping for at least this week. 2FT will be handy over the international break. I vote save.

Cheers Raddy, I can also swap him for Evans (playing a Man Utd struggling for goals) So I have a little flexibility. Also if I save then I can have 2 glorious FTs heading in to the competition.

+1 for save. I have the same XI problem in defense. Play Dawson (your Evans) or Williams. I should be careful of dropping too much "members info", well I don't care too much here, but Man Utd attacking stats are the worst the last fours GWs. Second to worst last 6 GWs

Hmm very interesting stat. I would certainly play Evans if I had the opportunity, but with Sktrel (CPY), Otamendi (avl) and Bellerin (TOT), there is no way to get him playing.
