First, I apologize for the sending the team late and second - Sjaungen, love the clean thread idea.
Having said that, we need to plan this week very carefully, especially our transfers. So please post your teams and intended transfers here. I will go first:
Current Team:
Ddg(NOR), Myhill (BOU)
Kolarov (ars), Bellerin (MCI), O'Shea (che), VVD (TOT), Dawson (BOU)
Ozil(MCI), KdB(ars), Coutinho(wat), Mahrez(eve), Ayew (WHAM)
Ighalo (LIV), Lukaku (LEI), Vardy(eve)
2FTs, 4.0M ITB
My defense has been giving me crappers week in-week out. GKs are fine this week but among the defenders, apart from Dawson I don't like any. So gonna change Kolarov most likely. Who is the best choice: Stoke(PALACE), Spurs(sou) or Palace(stoke)? - I am leaning towards Stoke (Wollscheid or GJ) as they are awesome at home.
What do you guys think?

Stoke possibly best of those 3. I'd also consider a Chelsea defender, they appear to be on the up defensively and fixtures and very good.

Currently musing over Otamendi-->Ivanovic or Zouma. Thoughts on which could be handy.
Small chance of Sanchez playing this week, which could give us an interesting differential. However, if he does it is likely he will be from the bench, so I will probably be benching him too.

Kane is currently underperforming like mad. I want to kneejerk in Wijnaldum (or Ramsey). But for whom? Gosling and create a benching problem? No need to toss any other MID. Might be a save. Wijn at home to Villa tho hmm Wollscheid (18.25) looks great. As well as Pieters (16.75). Mind this is base bps last 4 matches. I've been crazy lucky with my Butland pick. I'd rather have Stoke than Palace defense (I've both tho). GJ keeping Sanchez through this. My Sanchez replacement went to shit.
I'm going to watch the Chelsea game tonight. Will keep an eye on their defense. If they shut Leicester out, they are back to form

Simen, I would definitely hold. If you use the transfer you'll just be giving yourself a benching dilemma. We are reaching the X-mas period, very useful to have 2FT saved up in the bank.

Guys I was very close to a -8 rage transfer last night.
However being apart of team Mexico stopped me doing what I would have done in years past.
im fed up with Mignolet failures which is compounded by having Moreno as well.
i amthinking of saving my FT now and sorting Mignolet out next week. Thoughts?

Good job holding the -8. I recon Myhill will get back into CS graces soon. He has an uncanny way of getting bonus when they get a clean sheet. And who's to say Butland won't keep it up. As the two obvious transfer suggestions

RE- Mignolet im doubled up with Liverpool at the back and they keep shipping. ive been stuck with Migs for a couple of months now, wanting to get rid but another transfer keeps taking priority. Butland would be a long term choice so not so bothered whether or not he scores 4 or more than Migs this week. Im losing too much OR going without Mahrez. im benching Barkley. Played deep against Norwich with McCarthy out. im getting a good bench for x mas fix. Drinkwater is a doubt as well. |
